Kenneth is a seasoned construction leader with 28 years of industry expertise. His impressive portfolio includes the San Francisco Fireboat Station #35, the South San Francisco Public Library, and the Shotwell Senior Housing—projects that showcase his exceptional ability to manage high-stakes developments. Kenneth’s deep knowledge spans complex builds, from intricate interior and exterior framing to meticulous drywall and taping. He has been an active member of the Carpenter’s Union since 1994 and brings a 17-year record of success as a Superintendent overseeing all phases of building and infrastructure projects for government and private-sector clients. he has strong credentials and a proven history of on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project completions. Arturo has worked with various TI and design building projects with multiple school districts, UCSF, Kaiser, Stanford, etc.
